Privacy Policy

Everlife Social is a private publishing tool operated by Phil Kessler, the developer of the games Everlife 2 and Evermyth. It is used only to publish the developer's own videos and posts to the developer's own accounts on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and X. It is not offered to the public and has no other users.

What we collect

• Account tokens. When an account owner connects an account, we receive OAuth access and refresh tokens and basic profile information (account ID, username or display name). Tokens are encrypted at rest and used only to upload and publish content the account owner scheduled.
• Content. Videos, images and captions the account owner uploads for publishing.
• Publishing records. Post IDs, links, status and error messages returned by each platform, kept so the owner can see what was published.

We do not collect data about viewers, followers or any other person, we do not use cookies other than a sign-in cookie for the owner, and we do not run analytics or advertising.

How data is used and shared

Data is used only to publish the owner's content to the platform the owner chose. It is sent only to that platform's official API (Google/YouTube, Meta/Instagram, TikTok, X). We never sell or share data with anyone else.

Storage and retention

Data is stored in Cloudflare (D1 and R2) in the developer's own account. The owner can disconnect an account at any time, which deletes its tokens; uploaded media and records are deleted on request. You can also revoke access from each platform's settings (for Google, myaccount.google.com/permissions).

YouTube

This tool uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube account you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's Privacy Policy applies.
